1. Products

All items — both 3D printed creations and stickers — are handcrafted or printed just for you. Slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur and are part of the charm.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Payment is due within 24 hours.
  • Orders enter the print queue once payment is complete.
  • Unpaid orders that remain unpaid after 24 hours may be canceled by Raisin Prints without notice.

3. All Sales Are Final

Every item is made to order, which means:

  • No returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
  • You must notify us of any defects within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Photos of the issue help us resolve things quickly.

We’re always here to help before ordering and if anything goes wrong — just reach out!

4. Shipping

  • USPS handles delivery.
  • Once the package is shipped, Raisin Prints isn’t responsible for delays, damage, or parcels that disappear into postal limbo.
  • If something gets lost or arrives injured, we will gladly help you file a USPS claim so things can get sorted out.

5. Production Times

Production varies depending on:

  • Item type
  • Color availability
  • Printer moods
  • Weather
  • Minor human chaos

We always ship as soon as your item is ready.

6. Custom Orders

Custom designs are welcome! Just note they may take extra time for designing, tweaking, and perfecting.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and product content belong to Raisin Prints. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or resell them without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Raisin Prints is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Losses resulting from shipping carriers
  • Any indirect or incidental damages

9. Payment Methods & Processing Fees

We offer both offline payment options and credit/debit card payments through WooCommerce Payments. A 3% card processing fee is added to your order total when you choose to pay by credit or debit card. No processing fee applies to offline payment methods. This fee helps cover payment processing costs and is clearly shown during checkout before your order is placed.
