Because every item is custom-printed or made specifically for you, Raisin Prints does not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos so we can assist quickly
  • We’ll work with you on the next steps (usually a replacement if appropriate)

Card Processing Fee

The 3% card processing fee is non-refundable, as it covers payment processing costs charged at the time of purchase.
